Sermorelin

(daily injection)

Sermorelin is the original synthetic growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) secretagogue. It stimulates the manufacture and release of growth hormone by the pituitary gland. The amount of HGH secreted is limited by the presence of somatostatin, thus normal physiologic levels are maintained. Unlike CJC-1295, Sermorelin does not improve (raise) IGF-1 levels. Sermorelin can also increase appetite in some individuals.

Sermorelin may increase bone density, improve skin tone and reduce scaring, fight the effects of dementia and increase cognition, improve sleep, increase energy levels, increase lean muscle mass, reduce cellulite, and promote weight loss.

*not suitable for patients with high blood pressure, elevated cortisol, or a history of cancer.

Semaglutide & Tirzepatide

(weekly injection)

Semaglutide  and Tirzepatide have shown to decrease cardiovascular complications related to diabetes and cardiovascular disease, lower HgA1c levels, improve fertility in PCOS patients, and enhance the growth of β cells in the pancreas.

Semaglutide and Tirzepatide assist with weight loss and a decrease in body fat % by lowering appetite and slowing food digestion in the stomach.

Patients are monitored via monthly office visits and weigh-ins with periodic blood work and physical exams. Monthly cost includes the medication and office visits.  A consultation is required prior to starting to ensure patients are candidates for treatment. Lab tests may also be required prior to starting and periodically during treatment.


Semaglutide is marketed commercially under the brand names Wegovy® and Ozempic®. Tirzepatide is marketed commercially under the brand name Mounjaro®. The compounded peptides are made with the same base ingredients at certified sterile compounding pharmacies.

Pentadeca Arginate (PDA) 

 (oral capsules or daily injection)

PDA is composed of 15 amino acids that are isolated from human gastric juice. Experimentally, PDA has been demonstrated to accelerate the healing of many different wounds, including tendon-to-bone healing and superior healing of damaged ligaments. Also, PDA seems to protect organs and prevent ulcers of the stomach. This peptide is also shown to decrease pain in damaged areas. Those who suffer from discomfort due to muscle sprains, tears, and damage may benefit from treatment with this peptide. It can also help aid skin burns in healing at a faster rate and increase blood flow to damaged tissues.

Commonly used as treatment for non-surgical injuries, enhanced post-surgical healing, chronic skin wounds, extensive burn injuries, IBS, Chron's, gastric ulcers, leaky gut, and abdominal cramping.

TB 500

(injections 2x/week)

The main purpose of TB 500 is to promote healing. It works synergistically with PDA, and the healing effects of TB-500 have been observed in tendons, ligaments, muscles, skin, heart, and eyes.

TB 500 has shown significant regenerative properties. It improves cell migration to the site of injury and aids in soft tissue repair. It may also reduce scar tissue, improve hair growth, cause muscle growth, and increase muscle tone and muscular stamina. TB 500 is the shorter, "healing" portion of the longer chain peptide, Thymosin Beta 4 (TB4).

*Used with caution in individuals with a cancer history due to angiogeneic properties.

Nicotinamide adenine nucleotide (NAD+)  is a key regulator of cellular processes that control the body’s response to stress. NAD+ levels fall as we age, leading to a decline in the function of cells and organs.

SS-31 (Elamipretide)

SS-31 has been shown to reverse mitochondrial dysfunction by obliterating the damaging inflammatory agents such as free radical oxygen species (ROS). SS-31 is very unique in its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier and highly concentrate within the inner membrane of the mitochondria (IMM). Anti-aging research is investigating SS-31 for its ability to reverse mitochondrial dysfunction and premature cell death.

SS-31 shows promise in the treatment of many neurodegenerative and cognitive disorders such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Alzheimer’s, Friedreich ataxia, and glaucoma. It is commonly used to help optimize mitochondrial health.

Pinealon is believed to have properties that help protect neurons (nerve cells) in the brain. Thymulin is an essential hormone for T lymphocyte differentiation and the normalization of T-helper cells to suppressor cells. Given its anti-inflammatory potential, Thymulin downregulates the release of inflammatory mediators, such as cytokines and chemokines, upregulates anti-inflammatory factors, such as interleukin (IL)-10, and exerts molecular control via the regulation of transcription factors and mediators.

Thymulin is used strengthen the immune system as well as modulate the immune system for individuals who suffer from autoimmune disorders or an over-active/hyper-active immune system.

*Individuals taking Thymulin should also be taking Vitamin C 1000mg, Vitamin D 125mcg (5,000IU), and Zinc 25mg daily for best absorption/utilization.
